Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lucielooacres@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
